CPS challenge

Stamping Bella is the sponsor of Tami's sketch this week at http://www.cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/

I had not played with my Bella stamps in forever! So of course I pulled out my first Bella and still my favorite, Grumpabella! I stamped her using Brilliance ink, then colored her using my PrismaColor pencils and used Gamsol and stubs to blend the color. And since it's Bella, I decided to use the CTMH Bella paper pack! The strip of flowers across the bottom have Prisma flowers and bling from my stash that are pop dotted for a little visual flair. A few Bella Baubles at the top complete this Bella-licious card!
