Or maybe that should be Duo challenge! t!m posted his August tag the other day and Linda posted Challenge 16 for CofCII yesterday, so I am being thrifty and combining challenges! Somehow, I don't think either will mind. t!m used one of his new silhouette images to make his tag and since I don't have any of them, I improvised with a "silhouette looking" snowman Christmas stamp, which is also covered in Distress Rock Candy. The challenge at Linda's is to use the Perfect Pearls Technique found on page 54 of the book. I *think* you can see that once I embossed my tag and colored it using a mixture of Sailboat Blue and Cloudy Blue Paint Dabbers, I then used the Perfect Pearls technique over it. All of the other embellies on the tag are from my stash. I've got loads of Christmas stuff!

Really cool tag Sue. I love the way you have combined both of the challenges and I love the different glimmer effects on this. Gorgeous work as evah!
Oh, I like this color scheme. The blue makes it a bit untraditional for Christmas...but it looks good. thanks for your nice comment on my Tim tag.
What a fun take on the tag... I love the frosty blue Christmas cards - makes such a nice change!

A beautiful tag Sue, makes me feel all Christmassy! x
Very cool. You can really see the sparkly goodness in the close up. Your Christmas tag is great (and I'm all for anybody who can get a couple of challenges into one project - kudos).
Oh how I long for cooler weather...all these Christmas items are making me feel sorry for my hot self. This is great Sue...love your little snow guy and the extra pow with the fiber is wonderful!!!
Great winter colors, very cool!!!
