SheetLoad Dec challenge

Alicia and crew at SheetLoad gave us a great sketch to work with for Dec. You can find it here: http://sheetload.blogspot.com/2008/12/december-08-sheetload-sponsored-by.html

I needed a couple of birthday cards for this month, so I used this challenge to make them. I had ordered the Tea and Spice collection from Prima with the intention of using the Oriental theme papers to make my mil some cards to send to her family in Japan and never did. So I grabbed this DP along with Juniper and Sorbet cardstock from CTMH and the brand new, not even available to customers yet stamp set Aspiration, to make my cards. Sentiment is from Say It In Style. The flowers are stamped in Creme' Brulee and Sorbet. I used a sponge and inked around the outside edges of the larger flower for some depth. I also curled up the edges of the flowers to give them a bit more dimension, in addition to pop-dotting them. Ribbons are from the Sorbet and Sweet Leaf CTMH Ribbob Rounds collections.
