November Tag Winner

I was one of the lucky winners in Tim's 12 Tags of 2013 for November. Yesterday I recieved a beautifully wrapped package from Mario. So pretty, I almost didn't want to open it. But I did anyway! I saved all of the wrapping and tissue tape that he used to keep it together so I can re-use it!

I got the Seasons Silhouette stamp set and the Christmastime Remnant Rubs. Can't wait to create something with both!!

Remember a couple of weeks ago, Ranger had a contest and I entered? With these tags. Well imagine my surprise when I found out I was one of three lucky winners! And my winnings came today!

12 tags of Nov winnings

 I was one of the lucky winners in Tim's 12 tags of 2012 for November. I received a package from Mario earlier in the week and it had a package of Tim's great Tinsel which is the perfect size for tags and cards and also Tim's Mini Holiday 2 stamp set. Both will get put to very good use!

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner!

I was one of 15 fortunate souls to win for either commenting or posting pics during the two weeks of Creative Chemistry 101! Ten won t!m stamps and grid blocks and five won Ranger gift packs. You didn't know what you won until your package arrived at your house. I didn't care which I won. Was grateful that my name was even picked and knew that no matter which I got, I'd certainly use either one!

My package arrived yesterday and I was lucky enough to get the Ranger gift pack. Included was a Ranger scraper, great for mixing inks with Multi Medium or Molding Paste. Broken China Distress Ink Pad, Mini mister, Claudine Hellmuth multi medium sample bottle, Glossy Accents sample bottle, Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint, Stream Color Wash and Tea Dye Distress Stain. Great prize pack! There were a couple of things that I already have, but it's all consumable, so when I need to replenish, now I won't have to!

OMG! Jumping up and down and happy dantcin at the same time! Maybe I've mentioned a time or twleve how much I LOVE t!m Holtz. And Mario too! So imagine my surprise when I read t!m's blog post for today and I learn I am one of the "big" winners from the 12 Tags of Christmas. You KNOW I'll be sharing when I get my winnings!

Whim So Doodle Winners!

Whim So Doodle held an open house the other night to let customers know what-all they had ordered from CHA Summer for the upcoming holiday season. Suffice it to say, if there was a paper line, they ordered it! They got at least one line from almost every company represented at CHA Chicago, and with many of the companies, multiple lines!! They also did giveaways of all the swag the different companies gave them. None of my local girlfriends could go with me, so John said he'd go and double my chances of winning! We each got the cute black and white totes just for going. American Crafts has a new line out called Amy Tangerine. Fresh, bright, funky. Right up my alley! They also added new fabric Thickers to the line, along with 3-D Stickers. So darn cute! First my name was called for one pack and then John's name was called! So I got two different lines! And there is also a 12 x 12 fabric "paper" in one of the lines. Can't wait to use this! (It's the polka-dot one on the bottom of the third picture!) Then I won a mini Smash book. So cute! It's 5.75" x 3.50". Perfect to put in my purse! Check them out at www.smashstoriesblog.com And finally John won (and I picked out!) the Sizzix burlap reuseable bag with a canvas and paper project inside. While the purple paper is a bit too garish for me, I have P.L.E.N.T.Y of hoarded...saved paper just sitting around that I can use. I will use their instructions for completing the project, substituting my own papers for it. I'll share pics once I get it completed! They are getting all of the new t!m stuff, but it's all been delayed, so I'm gonna have to make more trips down to St Pete. The things I do for my art!! They ordered quite a bit of new stuff from new companies that I can't wait to see in real life. We got to see the catalogs and most all of the stuff I'm interested in is all alterable things. Canvas Corp had a bunch of stuff that was right up my alley!

This one WAS a winner!

This is one of the cards that I designed for Susan's team swap. And it was a winner! I won third place and got to pick three stamp sets for my winnings! First set is called Flower Pot and has images of flowers and pots and even a window box, with different sentiments. Second is called Treasures and is Dandilions with stems and sentiments. Last (but but not least!) is A Twinkle which has stars and the "celebrate" sentiment. How cool is that?!
