It's time once again for the 12 Tags of 2015 on Tim's blog and this one is proof that I still don't know how to follow directions!
You will notice the beautiful stencil design on Tim's tag and there doesn't appear to be one on mine. Ohhh, but there IS, Grasshopper! Mine is just a bit more unseen. I slathered my Clear Embossing Paste on the TAG and not the alcohol inked portion that everyone would see. You can see bits and pieces of it around the edges. But as Tim is so fond of saying, Embrace the Imperfections, so I did! I opted not to do a "do over." and left it as I made it. Otherwise, the tag pretty much kept to Tim's instructions.
I shall try to do better next month!
I love how you attached the metal thingy bit Sue. Great tag!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Alcohol Ink background, and love that bird! Fun take!
ReplyDeleteI like your originality--using the bird--a great idea! Funny about the texture paste on the tag but no worries, learn from mistakes right? Most of the time I just alter the tag and very seldom layer another paper on top. For this one, I just cut the glossy paper in the shape of a tag. Anywho you nailed the alcohol ink part!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors on this! Great design!
ReplyDeleteI know I'm a little late with this, but just watched the T.H. video and found this. I Really, Really Love your black bird on top of your fabulous colors!!!
